Comparison · Wealth Platforms

Wealth platform MCP servers compared: whose platform do you already have?

Nine servers in this directory connect an AI assistant to a wealth platform. Eight of them require you to already be that platform's customer. That single fact shapes the category more than any feature does. For most firms the question is not which one to choose, it is whether the platform you already run has shipped one.

Truthifi is the exception, which is why a bridge appears on a page about platforms. Four others are left off. HeirWealth is an Australian platform requiring an existing Atlas deployment. Ontra serves fund legal, tax and compliance teams rather than advisors. OpenWealth is a sandbox-oriented Swiss custody project its own author describes as research-grade. NitroStack is an early-stage community build with too little published to assess.

TruthifiVendorOAuthRemoteHosted read-only MCP bridge connecting advisor and client platform accounts to Claude, ChatGPT and other agents. Covers Orion, Envestnet, Tamarac, AssetMark, Black Diamond, Addepar, Pershing NetX360, Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital, Redtail, Wealthbox and Practifi, plus 18,000+ US institutions. A free Truthifi account and OAuth authorization at the platform's own domain are required.
d1g1tOfficialEnterpriseRemoteEnterprise wealth management platform (portfolio analytics, risk, performance, rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, compliance monitoring) exposed as natural-language tools for Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
OneVestVendorEnterpriseRemoteVendor MCP server for the OneVest wealth platform: real-time client data, portfolio positions and pipeline activity, plus agentic actions for RIAs, banks and broker-dealers.
LumonicVendorEnterpriseRemoteConnects a firm's Lumonic workspace to Claude, ChatGPT and other approved MCP assistants for portfolio monitoring queries across private credit and private equity. Which portfolio companies have not submitted financials, which borrowers are approaching a covenant breach, and similar. Vendor also publishes an MCP prompt library for private credit, PE and VC workflows. Caveats: existing Lumonic customers only. The "every number links back to its source document, down to the exact cell" audit-trail claim is the vendor's. Combined PitchBook + Lumonic data access requires being a client of both. Connection details are not publicly published; start with read-only scopes.
WealthfolioVendorAPI keyLocalBuilt-in MCP server in the Wealthfolio portfolio tracker, exposing holdings and performance to AI agents through scoped, revocable access tokens.

Status, auth, hosting and coverage are reproduced from each server's directory listing, which reflects publisher documentation at the last review. Vendor claims are labelled as such and are not independently verified.

Where each one is the better answer

Truthifi

Best for

The only entry here you can connect without already being the vendor's customer. A free account, an OAuth authorization at your platform's own domain, and read-only access across Orion, Envestnet, Tamarac, Black Diamond, Addepar, Pershing NetX360, Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center and a dozen more.

Watch for

A bridge is not the platform. You get a normalized read-only shape rather than the platform's own tool definitions, and some platforms are reached through an aggregator rather than a direct API, which changes the freshness profile. The read-only and credential-handling claims are Truthifi's own and are not independently verified.

d1g1t

Best for

The deepest analytics surface on this page. Portfolio analytics, risk, performance, rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting and compliance monitoring exposed as natural-language tools, and officially published rather than community-built.

Watch for

Enterprise auth, existing customers only. If your firm does not already run d1g1t, this is not something you can adopt as an MCP decision. The platform decision comes first and the server follows it.

Listing and connection details →

OneVest

Best for

The one built explicitly for RIAs, banks and broker-dealers, covering real-time client data, portfolio positions and pipeline activity.

Watch for

It exposes agentic actions rather than reads alone, which makes scope configuration a live question instead of a formality. Enterprise auth, existing customers only, and connection details are arranged with the vendor rather than published.

Listing and connection details →

Lumonic

Best for

Private credit and private equity monitoring, which nothing else here addresses. Which portfolio companies have not submitted financials, which borrowers are approaching a covenant breach. The vendor also publishes a prompt library for those workflows, which is unusual and genuinely useful.

Watch for

Existing Lumonic customers only, and the combined PitchBook and Lumonic picture requires being a client of both. The claim that every number links back to its source document down to the exact cell is the vendor's own.

Wealthfolio

Best for

The only one you can run today without an enterprise agreement. The server is built into the Wealthfolio tracker itself and uses scoped, revocable access tokens, which is a cleaner credential model than most of this category offers.

Watch for

It is a personal portfolio tracker rather than an advisory platform. It answers questions about holdings and performance inside Wealthfolio, not about a book of client households, and it runs locally rather than as a hosted service.

By advisor task

Your firm already runs one of these platforms
Check whether your vendor has shipped a server before looking at anything else. d1g1t, OneVest and Lumonic serve existing customers and nobody else, so your existing contract decides this, not a feature comparison.
Your platform has not shipped an MCP server
Truthifi, which reaches fifteen-plus platforms read-only without requiring the platform's cooperation. See the vendor pages for Orion, Envestnet, Tamarac and eMoney for what that looks like in practice.
Private credit or private equity portfolio monitoring
Lumonic. Nothing else in this directory tracks covenant proximity or which portfolio companies have not submitted financials.
Trying MCP against portfolio data without an enterprise agreement
Wealthfolio. The server ships inside the tracker and uses scoped revocable tokens, so it is the lowest-commitment way to see how an agent handles holdings data.
Consolidated whole-of-wealth across entities and structures
HeirWealth does this, but it is an Australian platform requiring an existing Atlas deployment, which is why it is not compared above.

Before you connect any of them

  • Eight of the nine require you to already be that platform's customer. In this category an MCP server is a feature of something you have already bought, not a product you choose between.
  • Enterprise auth means connection details are arranged with the vendor rather than published. Nothing on this page except Truthifi and Wealthfolio can be connected the same afternoon you decide to.
  • Read and write are not evenly distributed. OneVest exposes agentic actions. Truthifi and OpenWealth describe themselves as read-only. Confirm which side a server sits on before you scope the credential.
  • Several vendors here make specific claims worth asking about. HeirWealth states its figures come from its own deterministic calculation engine rather than from the model. Lumonic states every number links back to a source cell. Those claims are the strongest reason to prefer such servers, and they are also unverified, so ask for evidence rather than accepting the marketing line.
