Terms of Use

By accessing or using wealthmcp.ai (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). The Site is operated by WealthMCP.ai LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("wealthmcp.ai", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or any of its features.

wealthmcp.ai is a free, community-maintained directory of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers relevant to wealth management, financial planning, and advisory businesses. We catalog, describe, and organize servers published by third parties. We do not build, host, operate, audit, or control the servers we list. We provide information, links, and configuration examples to help you discover and connect tools that may be useful in your practice.

A listing on wealthmcp.ai is not an endorsement, a recommendation, a certification, a security review, a privacy review, or a compliance review of any server or its publisher.

We do not test listed servers for vulnerabilities, verify their data handling, confirm their regulatory posture, or validate claims made by their publishers. Our editorial review only confirms that a listing appears to describe a real, relevant MCP server. Community star ratings are the opinions of the visitors who submitted them and are not verified by us. You must rely on your own judgment and, where appropriate, your own compliance process before connecting any server.

Connecting a third-party MCP server to your AI assistant grants that server access to whatever your assistant can reach. You are solely responsible for evaluating any server before you connect it, reading its own terms of use and privacy policy, and confirming it is appropriate for your data, your firm, and the jurisdictions in which you operate.

Start with read-only scopes or limited permissions whenever possible, and review the permissions your assistant is asked to grant. Advisers, firms, and enterprises subject to Regulation S-P, SEC or state examination, FINRA supervision, or their own compliance and vendor-diligence policies must clear any server through their own compliance process before connecting it to anything that touches client data. A listing on wealthmcp.ai is not diligence and does not substitute for your own.

Install commands, configuration snippets, and connection URLs shown on the Site are reproduced for convenience. Running them or connecting to a server is at your own risk. Always review the command, source, and destination before you execute it.

All product names, logos, and brands of listed servers and their publishers are the property of their respective owners. They are used on the Site for identification purposes only, under nominative fair use. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those owners.

wealthmcp.ai is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. The terms “Model Context Protocol” and “MCP” are used descriptively to refer to the open protocol specification and the ecosystem of servers that implement it.

By submitting a server, listing, correction, or other content to the directory, you represent that you have the right to provide the information, that it is accurate and not misleading to the best of your knowledge, and that you are not submitting on behalf of a server you know to be malicious, deceptive, or infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, edit, reformat, and distribute your submission as part of the directory.

We may accept, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion, with or without reason or notice. Optional contact information you provide may be used to reach you about your submission.

Ratings on the Site are numeric only: a one-to-five star score, one score per listing per voter, with no written review. When you rate a listing, submit only your own honest assessment based on your own experience. Do not inflate a listing you or your affiliates publish, do not coordinate ratings to harm a competitor’s listing, and do not attempt to submit multiple scores for the same listing by clearing or manufacturing voter identifiers.

We may remove any rating at our discretion, including scores that appear manipulative, automated, or otherwise inconsistent with genuine use.

A publisher who believes its listing is inaccurate, out of date, or should be removed, or anyone who believes content on the Site infringes their rights or is defamatory, may contact us at info@wealthmcp.ai. We will review the request in good faith and correct or remove confirmed problems within a reasonable time.

While using the Site, you agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-copy, or systematically download the directory to build a competing database or service;
• overload, probe, interfere with, or disrupt the Site, the MCP endpoint, or our infrastructure;
• misrepresent the directory as endorsed by any listed publisher or by us;
• submit malware, spam, deceptive content, or unlawful material;
• circumvent rate limits or access controls;
• use the Site for any purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. Use of the Site does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and wealthmcp.ai. Any tools, prompts, or configurations you choose to use are at your own discretion and risk.

THE SITE, THE DIRECTORY, ALL LISTINGS, AND ALL RELATED CONTENT AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, and NON-INFRINGEMENT. We disclaim all warranties regarding third-party servers listed on the Site, including any warranty that they are secure, functional, lawful, accurate, or suitable for any purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limit applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

We are not liable for any loss, breach, data exposure, regulatory action, or damage arising from a third-party MCP server you found through this directory. Your recourse for any issue with a third-party server is against that server’s publisher or operator, not wealthmcp.ai.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless wealthmcp.ai and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, any content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your use of any third-party server listed on the Site.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any listing at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be the state or federal courts located in Texas. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wealthmcp.ai regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity, including the LLC once formed, and we intend to do so.

Sections 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 15 (Governing Law and Venue) survive termination of these Terms.
