Practifi · CRM

MCP ServerVendor

Practifi's MCP server, available only inside Sentir, its AI-native CRM launched August 25, 2026, connects the client data and relationship intelligence already in the CRM to the AI tools a team uses every day, without leaving Practifi's governance framework. Practifi's page describes four uses: client context inside AI tools, executive insight on performance, capacity, risk and opportunity, client-ready branded work built on full client history, and advisor handoff summaries. Access is permissioned with policy-aligned controls, PII-aware handling and fully reviewable connections. Practifi says the server is built on Model Context Protocol, tested against and optimized for Claude, and works with any MCP-supporting assistant.

Caveats

  • No public endpoint, install command or developer documentation is published. Practifi's page describes connection and authorization but publishes no connection URL or tool list, so hosting and connection details are unconfirmed; access comes with a Sentir subscription. Treat any config snippet not from Practifi itself as a guess.
  • Vendor-verified only. Everything here comes from Practifi's own Sentir MCP page and has not been independently tested, including the permission, PII-aware and reviewability claims.
  • Sentir customers only. The server operates inside Sentir, so a firm must run Practifi's AI-native CRM before any of this applies.
  • A CRM connection is a wide surface holding client personal and financial detail, and the executive-insight use means firm-level data is in scope too. Audit the grant as a whole.
  • Read versus write scope is unstated. Practifi describes producing finished client-ready work and next steps, so confirm whether the server can create or update CRM records and start with read-only scopes.
  • "Tested against and optimized for Claude" is Practifi's own claim; behavior in other MCP clients is untested.

How to connect Sentir MCP

Step 1

Check the vendor's documentation

This listing does not publish a public endpoint or install command yet. Open the vendor documentation above for access details, then follow the general steps in our connection guide.

Step 2

Authenticate with Enterprise

Access is provisioned by the vendor or your firm's administrator. Ask your account team for MCP access, sandbox credentials and the allowed data scopes.

Step 3

Verify, then widen access

Restart your client, confirm the server's tools appear, and run one read-only question first. Keep client-side approval prompts on for any tool that can write, trade or send. Confirm with your firm's compliance policy before connecting systems holding client data.

Prompts that use this server

Starter prompts from the Practice Stacks that rely on CRM.

Build a qualified prospect shortlist

A ranked shortlist of firms or households worth a first call.

Growth (Prospecting + Marketing)Advisor & Firm Intelligence / ProspectingCRM

Read-only: using firm-intelligence and CRM tools, build a shortlist of up to 25 prospects matching <ideal client profile: AUM band, location, niche>. Exclude anyone already in CRM as a client or active opportunity. Return a table of Name / Firm / Why they fit / Source tool / CRM status. Do not create, update or enrich any CRM record, and do not send outreach. Flag any record where the data looks stale or unverified.

Guardrail · Read-only. Verify prospect data at the source before any outreach.

One-page prospect firm brief

A briefing sheet before a first meeting or call.

Growth (Prospecting + Marketing)Advisor & Firm Intelligence / ProspectingCRM

Read-only: assemble a one-page brief on <firm or prospect name> by combining two sources, pull size, services, custodian and platform footprint and recent public news from the firm-intelligence tools, then pull our own history with them from CRM (prior contacts, referral source, related households, open opportunities). Show a Fact / Source tool / Date table and a short 'what we already know internally' section. Cite the tool and URL behind every external claim and mark anything you could not verify as 'unverified' rather than guessing. Do not write to CRM or contact anyone.

Guardrail · Read-only. Treat unverified items as leads to confirm, not facts.

Campaign performance review (no changes)

A plain-English read on what's working, with recommendations only.

Growth (Prospecting + Marketing)Advertising & Marketing PlatformsCRM

Read-only: summarise the last 30 days of ad performance across my connected marketing platforms, spend, leads, cost per lead and trend by campaign, then match those leads against CRM to show which ones became qualified opportunities and their stage. Report cost per lead alongside cost per qualified opportunity by campaign, and name any campaign where platform-reported leads do not appear in CRM at all. Recommend up to five changes ranked by expected impact, but do not pause, edit, create or fund any campaign and do not update CRM.

Guardrail · Read-only. Never let a tool change budgets or campaign state automatically.
