Official server

Does Fireflies.ai have an MCP server?

Yes. Fireflies.ai publishes an official remote MCP server exposing transcripts, meeting metadata, speaker information and summaries to Claude and ChatGPT, with OAuth or JSON-config connection options.

Fireflies is a general-purpose meeting notetaker, not built specifically for financial advisors, so nothing in its public documentation addresses advisor-specific obligations such as recording-consent rules that vary by state or supervisory recordkeeping requirements for client meetings; that remains the firm's responsibility to manage separately.

Unlike Zocks, Fireflies' public documentation was not reviewed in enough depth here to confirm whether any tool writes rather than reads (for example, editing a summary or sharing a transcript); confirm the exact tool list and scope at https://fireflies.ai/ before connecting it to recordings of client meetings. Claims here have not been independently tested. Start with read-only scopes where available and keep client-side approval prompts on. A directory listing is not an endorsement.
