Bridge or gateway route only

Does Redtail CRM have an MCP server?

Redtail does not publish a native MCP server. Zapier's hosted MCP endpoint exposes Redtail contacts, activities and notes as tools, authorized with your own Redtail connection, and that is the working route today.

Going through Zapier means you get breadth rather than depth. The tools are shaped by Zapier's generic action model, not by Redtail, so you get contacts and activities in a common shape rather than the specific, well-modeled surface a native server would publish. For reading a client's recent activity into a meeting prep conversation, that is usually enough.

The trade is credential custody, and it is a real one. Zapier holds tokens for every system you connect through it, so the question is not just what it can reach in Redtail but what else that same grant reaches. Scope it to what you need. Start read-only, and be deliberate about whether an agent should be able to create activities rather than just read them.
