Does Salesforce have an MCP server?

Yes. Salesforce publishes hosted MCP servers, generally available per its own April 2026 announcement, exposing CRM objects and workflows including Financial Services Cloud where a firm is licensed for it.

This runs against your own Salesforce org, so what an agent can see and change is governed by the connecting user's profile and permission set, per https://developer.salesforce.com/blogs/2026/04/salesforce-hosted-mcp-servers-are-now-generally-available. Scope the connecting user deliberately, since Salesforce objects can be written as well as read.

Financial Services Cloud is Salesforce's wealth-management-specific data model, used by a meaningful share of larger RIAs and broker-dealers, but whether a given firm's instance is on FSC versus generic Sales/Service Cloud changes what an agent actually sees. Confirm which Salesforce product your firm runs before assuming FSC-specific objects are present.

Start with read-only scopes and keep client-side approval prompts on for anything that can write to a production CRM holding client personal and financial detail. A directory listing is not an endorsement.
