Vendor-published server
Does TradingView have an MCP server?
Yes, as of September 16, 2026. TradingView's own MCP server is in public beta at https://mcp.tradingview.com/mcp, giving AI assistants TradingView market data, screeners, fundamentals and news through OAuth 2.1 sign-in.
It can write, too. Watchlist and alert management are part of the tool set, so keep client-side approvals on for those tools and start with read-only scopes.
It is a public beta, so tools, limits and behavior may change without notice. It requires an Essential plan or higher and excludes trial accounts. Press reports describe about 100 tool calls per minute with possible daily caps, and data may be delayed depending on plan and exchange.
Community-built TradingView MCP servers also exist and are a different proposition: TradingView did not write or support them. With a first-party server published, those are the fallback.
Research-grade, not execution. This is market data and research in a conversation, not broker balances, positions or order execution.
